Card Meaning

The gatekeeper of corporate truth—except the truth is never free, and she decides who deserves to hear it. She holds the files, the policies, and the “confidential” gossip that could burn the whole place down.

Upright

Whispered wisdom, strategic patience, pretending to listen while already drafting your exit paperwork. The one who can influence careers with a raised eyebrow or a “let’s circle back.”

Reversed

Gossip disguised as “team concerns,” weaponized policy, mysterious disappearances after “confidential chats.” Secrets are leaked, trust is broken, and suddenly HR “was never informed.”

Corporate Symbolism

The HR High Priestess smiles sweetly while knowing everyone’s dirty laundry—salaries, affairs, layoffs, complaints—all catalogued and ready to be used when convenient. Keeper of secrets, destroyer of careers, and eternal guardian of the phrase: “Per company policy.”
